Bev works in all sectors of the commercial and industrial marketplace and has brokered a range of sales, leases, and build to suits for local and national clients. Before joining Epstein Commercial in 2004, Bev was in management roles in both the higher education and non-profit sectors.

Bev resides in Brewer with her partner and their three children.
